Thanks for looking out for me everyone. Although everything I’ve linked has been sent to the claimant’s solicitors.0

The limit is 50 "sides" which is 25 double sided "pages".1

@UncleThomasCobley
But if its sent in an email, surely the document could be printed on both sides and a 50 page document can be printed on 25 pages. The preliminary statement and skeleton argument with exhibits is about 20 pages
I've managed to compress photos etc so that the witness statement is now only 20 pages, just about to send it. I intend to print photos in larger size should the judge wish to see them1 -
@UncleThomasCobley, sorry If my above comment sounded rude, I was starting to panic, and I need to get to work. My entire bundle is now about 40 sides, so hopefully the judge will accept it. It has been sent so there's probably not much more I can do other than study. I intend to revisit the car park, on foot, on my way to court Friday to see if the signs are the same as I photographed them. I've told friends to never park there. I'm sure the parking company receives more in penalty charges than they do parking fees.1

Is it relevant that in this notice to keeper they are requiring me to name the driver when POFA says they should invite me to name. Also they don't meet the requirement to state that they do not know the name and address of the driver

You are not required to name the driver. That is wholly misleading, and you should report it to the DVLA at both the two following email addresses:Slainte1 said:

ccrt@dvla.gov.uk (and) KADOEservice.support@dvla.gov.ukPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If your submission is 40 sides (20 pages), then it is within the limits allowed for electronic submission.Slainte1 said:@UncleThomasCobley, sorry If my above comment sounded rude, I was starting to panic, and I need to get to work. Thank you all for your support. The case was struck out within 5 minutes due to procedural irregularities. In other words it was all about particulars of claim and lack of detail. The rest of the case was not heard.I was awarded £116 based on maximum costs plus expenses. I tried to argue that they behaved unreasonably but happy with the.It was clear it was all down to the additional submission gleaned from here.There was another Minster Baywatch case in a different courtroom today but MB didn’t show up for that one either.I’ll publish the judgement when I get it but in the meantime thanks to everyone who supported or commented. You made the difference. Thanks @Coupon-mad @Umkomaas @Le_Kirk @UncleThomasCobley and anyone else who knows me.😍8
