Thank you to all who replied. We did book Leeds Bradford, just seemed the easiest all round and the taxi is £50 cheaper and quicker to/from there + hotel in view from the airport. I hope it goes ok but we will make use of the Twilight check-in for the bags which Jet2 offer.

You can get trains direct to MAN airport you know, so might not need a taxi.

But you sorted it now, so enjoy your trip!

Get a nice drink (tea, coffee or whatever to help you unwind once you're through security)
