Not according to the Police, the Road Traffic Act 1988 or the CPS it isn't.
It's under Section 2 of the Road Traffic Act.
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1988/52/section/2A"(1)For the purposes of sections 1 [F2, 1A] and 2 above a person is to be regarded as driving dangerously if (and, subject to subsection (2) below, only if)—
(a)the way he drives falls far below what would be expected of a competent and careful driver, and
(b)it would be obvious to a competent and careful driver that driving in that way would be dangerous."

Dangerous is the adjective.0 -
It's been about 7 months plus two weeks from the date of the incident, but have't heard anything yet. Ususlly, how long can one expect to be heard from by the police / court in an incident like this?
