New customer rules
Hello, I took advantage of the cheap Lebara SIM only deal in the summer. Discount just expired and I've switched to Lycamobile. Lebara are still cheapest and I had a good experience with them. The discounts are for new customers only but it's impossible to find out what counts as a new. Can I ever count as a new customer again since I've been with them? Is there a time period (eg 6 months) after which I can rejoin as "new", or does having terminated my contract yesterday mean I'm new today.

Hi. There are a number of posts on here of people ending their contract with lebara and then rejoining a couple of days later and porting their number back. If you are happy to have a new number you don't even need to wait to port back. I think it just means the offer cannot be applied to an existing deal.0

You can have as many accounts as you want just use different emails but if you want to keep your number you will have to port out and then back again.
I had 3 accounts just turned 1 off then ported the number away from Lebara but i still have 2 running with different email addresses....they are the 1p 12gb deal...1 runs out in March and the other in May then they go full price.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.0
