Judge.
It changed in December. You may still hear the legal reps call them Sir or Madam but that's out of date.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Judge was lovely and patient.
WE WON! CCJ PUT ASIDE SUCCESSFULLY. DCBL didn't really say much. Judge wouldn't dismiss the PCN but appreciated that I had a defence which will be referred to a smalls claims court to deal with which I am fine with. Order for refund by C denied and they didn't actually speak/give me a decision on me given the alternative of a refund for the CCJ and to be given a fresh 2 weeks to defend the claim. I guess that the CCJ has been put aside now altogether and the PCN to be dealt with in separately!
Massive thanks for everyones help again6 -
Well done, they’ll more than likely discontinue.1

Well done. Another costly exercise for the bottom-dwelling duo. Now to robustly defend again and watch them fold.3

Well done!
Now you can complain to the CCBC that they caused you a £275 court fee loss due to the CCBC's failure to properly set up a policy to protect parties affected by the - well known and planned - postal strikes (which you have a recording of staff ADMITTING they know for a fact that claims were not served at all). Attach the recording and take it up with the team posted about by @jag_runPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi everyone,
Complaint for the refund is in the works. I have had a letter saying the CCJ needs to be set aside and that the original PCN be dealt with by way of small claims court. I've not heard anything else about it...until today...from DCBL Legal. They've attempted to call me twice (whilst I was in shower) and have left my a voicemail asking them to call them back. Should I call back and record the call or?0 -
No do not call them back.
Won't be long now before they discontinue.

Agreed. Wanted to ask first, glad I didn't! Feel like they want to come to an agreement haha.Boat_to_Bolivia said:No do not call them back.
