You haven't got several claim numbers.
The Exhibits can be a separate merged and compressed (for size) PDF.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok so, claim numbers are the claims sent to court. What I meant originally was case references from Gladstones.
I had all exhibits named with their numbers on separate PDFs but I will put everything into one PDF.
Also, quick question. I tried figuring out what to put under "part xx" but was unable to.
30. Under CPR 13.2 The court must set aside a judgment entered under part xx if judgment was wrongly entered. Given that CPR 6.9 (3) was not met, CPR 13.2 applies and the CCJ should be set aside.

It seems that I have to pay over the phone and they do not answer phones after 3pm, I tried to do it on Friday around 5pm but no success... I will have to call first thing Monday morning.
@Coupon-mad
I have seen this post of yours that I think answers my question above. It would be under part 12 correct?0 -
Yes.

just to make sure you have similar strong exhibits and the latter thread has a useful Order from the Court explaining in simple terms what any Judge wants you to prove, in order to grant your application.
Read that and think "have I done that?" BTW you may have done it already, I didn't compare!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Quick update, since it has been a hot minute. I now have a court date for the 12th of February and need to get ready for it. No idea what to expect. I will now be looking through the forum for info on how to prepare. However, if anyone knows of any specific posts that could guide me according to my case, I would appreciate it very much.0

Have you seen this video?...
www.youtube.com/watch?v=n93eoaxhzpU
Just three or four people sitting round a table having a discussion.
That video was made a few years ago and many hearings nowadays seem to be via telephone or video link.0 -
As above really. Read other threads about CCJ hearings outcomes and what was asked.Coupon-mad said:Yes.

@KeithP Thank you for the video, that gives me an idea of what to expect going there.
Thanks Coupon, I had a look a few threads now. It seems that I essentially need to know my WS as best as possible and have a crib sheet with a few pointers to help me make my point. I'm still working on the crib sheet but I am using the example from TroubleSum1 thread, obviously modified to accommodate my case.Coupon-mad said:

Am I right in assuming this is all I need for my hearing?0 -
Read and know your defence, witness statement and evidence inside out, make yourself a crib sheet so that, if you are given a chance by the judge to talk, you can make sure you get across ALL your points. Make sure your crib sheet contains pointers from your WS to the evidence page and paragraph. Be there early in case the cases in front of you move up the queue and also to allow time for security checks etc. Do not allow yourself to be sidetracked into a room so that a well-dressed lawyerly type can "have a few words". Do not accept any bits of paper. Have a spare copy of your witness statement in case the claimant tries the "we did not receive the defendant's WS" trick! Be polite and do not talk over the judge, address the judge as "Judge" even if a lady judge and finally - good luck. Don't forget, when you win, to ask for your costs.

Thank you!! You've hit the nail in the head. These are all points I've come across in different threads, but good to have them summarised here for me to refer to. Very much appreciated. I guess my homework every evening until the hearing, will be to read my WS several times and have a solid crib sheet. Perhaps print a couple copies of them, you never know what might happen to the only crib sheet I might bring with me. Have to be extra careful it seems.Le_Kirk said:Read and know your defence, witness statement and evidence inside out, make yourself a crib sheet so that, if you are given a chance by the judge to talk, you can make sure you get across ALL your points.
