Broadband - Do not touch shell Energy with a barge pole!! Their admin is utter useless and NEVER answer the issues. They refuse to credit MSE deals.
They wait until the 14 day cool off period has ended to reply and just quote that. So charge you to cancel. !! If trouble just cancel DDR and that gets their attention.
I am very surprised that MSE still has them as a great deal.

Did you pick Shell for your broadband because of their product quality, customer service or price?
Seems reasonable in life to expect the cheapest products are not always great deals.
