    Yes the GS letter says 'Letter Before Claim' on it - which I received from my accountants back in Jan after the PCN was sent to incorrect company address.
    If you've formally responded to their LBC, you need to see what their next move is - quite probably a County Court Claim via the Northampton CCBC sometime after 3rd May.
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    @MadMax22, back on 24th January, you mentioned the above comment about your supposed LoC from Gladrags. I haven't seen anyone else pick up on this but if the letter the you received only mentioned "14 days", it cannot have been a real LoC.
