eBay buyer denies delivery despite tracking confirmation. Worth pursuing small claim?

On two ocassions one by the post man and other a delivery service handed us stuff as ours and it was only me noticing it was not ours that it went to the right address. Even if i had nt noted at the time I would have noted it later but not everyone returns stuuf - so there is a chance the buyer did not get it

Thanks, I already contacted the carrier and they investigated and confirmed it was delivered to the right address, as per my original post. eBay are not interested. Profile is a usual one, not with 0 feedback or anything

Did the courier send you some evidence that it was delivered to the right address? A scrawled unintelligible signature is not really evidence of anything. Just because they SAY it was delivered to the right address doesnt mean it actually was and they do have a tendency to cover their own backsides in cases like this.
