Tesco Mobile Network Issue

could someone help or advice what i should do please,

been having issues with Tesco mobile sim-only network past 4 months now.
been calling them or web chatting with them in regards to the issue and they said they doing work near my area.
i have asked them to cancel my contract they saying I need to pay a fee to cancel.
the issue is i struggle to go to youtube or other social networks i have to wait for videos to load.
when am making phone calls i always have the phone gets disconnected or i can't hear the person i speak to.

    Tesco use the O2 network.
    What are the service strengths indicated on the Tesco and O2 service maps for your location?

    Does the service work as it should in other locations?  
  • its shows (GOOD 4G),
    service is bad everywhere I go if am inside a shopping center there is no connection

    Have Tesco sent you a replacement SIM to try ?

    Have you tried the SIM in a different handset ?

    It sounds like you may have a problem with that rather than the network.
