Re bolognese vege sauce, add some red wine. I would also fry in garlic oil, some onions, grated carrot, chopped finely celery, a teaspoon of dried Italian herbs and mushrooms, some tomato puree, add the quorn mince. Keep frying gently, add red wine, jar of pasta sauce and a decent stock cube, simmer for about 25 mins. Top with a little water if needed.
That's how I do mine, but it is better reheated.6 -

DS2 is improving each day although he is non weight bearing and using a zimmer frame. Follow up hospital appt tomorrow.
I will have raise a complaint, I don’t want another family to go through the same. I’m no spring chicken but am fairly mobile, however my ds2 towers over me and weighs about 3 stone more.
