    Neither do debit card holders. But all can use chargeback.

    i assume you mean a second debit card so you can both spend the money in your current account ?

    No you can't with NWide but what you can do is:

    1. get a Curve card. One of you uses the debit card, the other the Curve card. Have done exactly this with NWide for many years now

    2. One of you uses the debit card, the other uses Google Pay / Apple Pay / Samsung Pay on their phone. Have also done this too.
