Virgin Media price increase 2023 — what can customers do?

This seems to happen every year and every year I end up extending for another 18 months.
I am constantly switching between 50mb and 100b broadband every year which means my price either stays the same or goes up a pound or 2 for higher speed.
Do we think it will be as easy to haggle this year?
