Mis-Sold Car By Company Dealership

I don't think any dealership is responsibility for any damage that you imagine MIGHT have been caused to the car - only damage that actually exists. And I'm not sure how you can know for a fact the leak existed before you bought it (and presumably that the garage knew about it). You haven't been mis-sold anything. You've bought a used car and now there are some faults with it - which apparently the garage is agreeing to fix.
You might not like the service you have received but if you have been confrontational with them and accused them of mis-selling you a car it's not a surprise that they are a bit off with you.
Once the garage has repaired the car then if you aren't 100% happy then take it somewhere else for an independent check and if that independent check comes back and says that it's not been repaired properly or other issues exist then you can go back to the original dealer and complain.

It is a different problem - Leakage which could screw up anything.
My issue is they are not ready to accept it could be a day1 issue. its not something you drive and find out. You have to rely on rain for that issue to appear.
I have told them that I can understand they might have missed it out but they should also consider my position which they are not willing to.
Anyways they came back with standard fix and not ready to check if it has caused any other issues.
I wish there was a way to cover this situation - so unfortunate.
Thanks everyone for your help.0
