I didn`t get a notification but if you go down to "rewards" on home page, click link, and scroll down to "Monthly Cashback" you will see "Qualified for April" if you have paid in £500 to your current account from an external account. I transferred the £500 back out almost straight away.

I'm finding the app freezing upon login and rebooting the phone. Clearing cache fixes the issue temporarily but the issue comes back after. This is on Pixel after the May Android system update - this may be a one-off or something more widespread.0

So my 1% cash back finishes 2nd April and I had realised about paying in £500 to have this continue but I hadn’t quite understood it needs to be in the previous month. So to get the cashback to continue in April I need to pay in £500 this month.0 -
You’ll either have received a text or email, or details on the app; perhaps a bit early if the expiry date is not until 19 July?Basically if you transfer in £500 from an external source in month 1, you’ll receive the 1% cashback in month 2, to a maximum of £15. You can transfer that £500 out immediately. Not sure if the £500 needs to be in one lump or if you can transfer smaller sums to achieve that total.Would assume that provided you’ve transferred £500 by end of July, it’d kick in for August0
