I know your supplier has until the end of March to pay before anyone mentions this.
Just curious to know since I've had my letter for over 2 months and haven't been credited with mine yet. I'm with Eon Next.

I would not have mind when we paid quarterly. March would have been my first bill of the year.
I don't think that Eon Next would wait for a bill they sent in November to be paid in March so why should we for our WHD?0 -
I emailed Eon.next to ask, on basis that January and February are thought to be the coldest months.

This is the update I've received on the Eon Next forum

Just a little update for you we received confirmation today that our WHD team have began making Core Group Warm Home Discount payments. However we do have over 400,000 payments to make so this will happen gradually but the payments are being made as quickly as possible. Just echoing DebF_EONNext, the deadline for all these payments to be maid is: *31/03/23*. If you haven't received anything by then, we can certainly look into it for you!
