Does anyone have any feedback on ‘doyouspain.com’ for cheap car hire in spain.  In English but cost is in € converted to £ and seems quite cheap??

We booked a 7 seater hire car through DoyouSpain only to be told when we went to pick up the hire car that none were available. We were left stranded and told we would have to make other arrangements. 2 months later I am still chasing them for a refund. I tried to get the charges reversed through my bank but DoyouSpain lied to them and told them we never turned up to pick up the car (even though I have all the paperwork and emails to prove they are lying.) Going to have to take them to court to get my money back.

I've used it in the past without a problem, as well as many other car hire comparison sites. 

Key is to read the rental terms and understand the hire company's policies and terms. Remember DoYouSpain are just an agent and not the hire company. There are some companies I would not use, look for reviews of the hire firms too!

I also double check prices direct with the hire firm and prefer to book direct if possible.
