Who uses Lebara as their main provider?

I was notified by Lebara email in May that Wifi calling was available but the option was not available. I enquired and was told that there was an issue with Google phones and they were working with Google to sort it out. I tried again today and received the same message - five months on. MSE NEEDS TO HIGHLIGHT THIS ON THE SIM RECOMMENDATIONS AT THE STATEMENT THAT LEBARA HAS WIFI AVAILABLE IS UNTRUE IF YOU OWN A GOOGLE PIXEL.0

Try the method below it might work for you.
It certainly did for me.in Settings-> Network & Internet -> SIM cards, move the slider to the left to disable the SIMin the Phone app, where you'd normally enter a number to call someone enter *#*#4636#*#*you should then get a menu, select Phone Informationthe page displayed should have a Wi-Fi calling provisioned slider part way down which you can move to the right to enablego back to Settings-> Network & Internet -> SIM cards and re-enable the SIMuse the *#*#4636#*#* code again to look in Phone Information to see if the Wi-Fi calling provisioned slider is still to the right. If it is, then you probably have wi-fi calling enabled.I find I have to follow these steps each time after an Android update as that re-sets Wi-Fi calling provisioned to off.1 -
I switched from Vodaphone and was ported across on Tuesday 16th December, since then I have been unable to receive texts. I have contacted customer support every day since on both Webchat and phone in an attempt to get a resolution and am being told there is currently an issue on their side and the technical team are working it and service would be back to normal in 24hrs. I was told this on Wednesday, Thursday and again today and am losing the will to live. If it is not resolved tomorrow I will be requesting my PAC code to switch to another provider, however, this is in itself is a challenge as I am unable to receive texts. Why on earth aren’t they communicating known issues (if indeed they actually exist). I hate being fobbed off and strongly believe this is what they are doing. My recommendation, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!, BUY CHEAP, PAY TWICE!!!Update - Switched Back to Vodaphone today.0

I was on bt mobile and moved to mozillion, cheap deals and they use the EE signal. Lebara use vodafone which still has patchy coverage around here. So far mozillion have been brilliant.Downthedrain said:I'm currently on BT mobile and the 'discounted' price (£5 off for being a broadband customer) is £5.70 per month, with only 1Gb data and no international calls. Moving to Lebara looks to be more economical, but what, if any, are the downsides? Who uses Lebara as their main provider and do you have any problems at all?
I ported my number about a week after receiving the new mozillion sim, that was my choice as i wanted to be happy that the coverage was as good as bt mobiiel / EE. You can do it yourself from your account dashboard, input your pac code, phone no and porting date. It all went smoothly on the day, no downtime at all.
I cant fault them, wifi calling works no probs0 -
Given you're replying to a nearly 3 year old thread, I'd hazard a guess that their question was answered, one way or anotherhuw01 said:
