Thanks, I checked already and it says my meter is not compatible.

Furthermore, my gas meter has stopped sending automatic readings (it did send one about a month ago) and EON are saying this will take 6-8 weeks to fix remotely!

My only other hope is that if the system did originally come with an IHD, perhaps I can ask to see one of the neighbours and figure out what it is and where I can get one.

But I think I am going to give up on it for now, the whole thing seems somewhat backwards and flakey compared to what all the advertising campaigns have been making out.
