There is another terms and conditions sign which is very high up. The signage is poor and that is what forms the contract.

The two hour limit is so there is enough spaces for customers however the store was closed so you were hardly disadvantaging another customer.

  • Upon entry from the main road to the car park there is a sign which just gives the opening hours of the store. Upon entry to the car park there is a small yellow terms and conditions sign with very small writing. I don't know how anyone could read that while they were driving.
    Noted, thank you.
  • Appeal and then (second stage) try POPLA, using photo evidence of the signs in the dark, images taken with no flash but embedding the DATE and time of photos into the images.

Do not go at twilight.  Actual DARKNESS.
Hello, I'll be starting a POPLA appeal for this current ticket after being declined the appeal directly with ECP. Have you any advice as to how I should go about with the layout/what else to include or if I should find a generic POPLA appeal on the site related to ECP? thanks
