Out of hours sainsburys Euro Car Park fine.

Hello guys,

I've received a fine from Euro Car Parks for having parked there outside of Sainsburys parking hours. I parked for under 2 hours. Which is the free stay time for sainsburys car park. Am I still able to appeal this. Would anyone recommend a template appeal to contact ECP with?

    It isn't a "fine"!
    What does the signage say?
Have you complained to Sainsbury's as per plan A
Have you read the newbies thread?

Hello, it's a NTK that I've received. I haven't gone back to check the signage, however I'll be sure to do that later on today and snap some shots of it. I've sent out an appeal to ECP via what Newbie thread recommended and a request for SAR, via the newbie thread link as to what should be sent for that.
Also, how would you suggest I approach the complaint with sainsburys? As it was out of sainsburys hours, what should I say?

So What was the time you parked there Monday to Saturday parking is restricted to 06:30 to 22:30 Sundays 9:30 to 16:30 outside these hours only 10minutes allowed. This was correct from SV Aug 2021.

Appeal and then (second stage) try POPLA, using photo evidence of the signs in the dark, images taken with no flash but embedding the DATE and time of photos into the images.

Do not go at twilight.  Actual DARKNESS.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Will do that, thank you. Waiting to hear back from them in regards to the appeal currently.

Upon entry from the main road to the car park there is a sign which just gives the opening hours of the store. Upon entry to the car park there is a small yellow terms and conditions sign with very small writing. I don't know how anyone could read that while they were driving.
