And did you share these sentiments on TrustPilot?MrFrugalFever said:I’ve had to use HooYu on applications before now and never had any issues. I’m all for extra security to keep my hard earned money safe.0 -
No, have never used trustpilot. In a world of constant emails asking for reviews on services provided, I have switched off unless absolutely fantastic service is provided. My time is better spent NOT filling out reviews IMO.eskbanker said:

Used it on recent application, found it extremely convenient and everything worked seamlessly. I guess therewill be teething issues with everything and I would expect those with issues to be the ones that post about it. I Wouldn't post on trustpilot that it worked though as I dont use it0

I've only just found this thread.
It's important to be aware that Hooyu Ltd. (Web site at hooyu.com) fails "due diligence" checking so it's good that a number of Forum users have decided not to continue. The company fails checks because of criminal conduct: failure to comply with Part 6 of The Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015, made under Section 82 of the Companies Act 2006. Regulation 28 creates the criminal offence.
I first came across Hooyu during the process of opening a bank account when they insisted that the data controller was "Virgin Money" - but that was a trading style used by the Clydesdale Bank and it is now used by Nationwide Building Society, and has never been a company name (the word "limited" is part of the company name of Virgin Money Limited which used to be Virgin Money PLC).
