I have booked a flight out on the 28th. As of yet I have nowhere to stay and would really like to sort something out in the next couple of days for my own peace of mind. I don't trust my own net trwaling skills after the flight fiasco (paid £249 via XL and found it for £194 day after on flythomascook) so would appreciate any tips.
Things to bear in mind -
I don't drive
Have never been before
There from the 28th Dec - 4th Jan

you'll have to be quick as it would be booked up, with it being christmas
try a private booking through holidaylettings etc.
i'll have a look later on for you, but i'm of to work now0 -
Tenerife is very popular over xmas/new year, but you could try the agencies such as www.alpharooms.com as they may have something.0

Sorted. Went through Maestro Vacations in the end. £350 for a studio for a week in Palm Beach Club las Americas. Will need to pay a charge of 75Euro when I arrive though so altogether £400.DEBT FREE AND LOVING LIFE0

Instead of a cheapie holiday that I was aiming for, it has turned into anything but, in retrospect I would have just added another £350 to the total budget and gone somewhere extra special but you live and learn and it is my first time after all!DEBT FREE AND LOVING LIFE0

Thanks S_C
Good to hear from someone familiar with the place. Thankfully (or not!) my flight doesn't land until 1am so I should just check in and crash out.
I just hope it is warm enough for bikini clad lounging on the beach. The last thing I want is Blackpool nightmares all over againDEBT FREE AND LOVING LIFE0 -
Hi if you pm me your e-mail addy i will send you a map, and if you let me know what type of evening entertainment you like, i will point you in the direction of some good bars.
that is if you like, and i will send you a link to 2 live webcams so you can see each day how many people are on the beach0 -
Hey S_C. Haven't checked in for a couple of days so missed your post. That would be grand and have emailed you my addy. I want some really good authentic food so please point me to the restaurants the locals visit. Mmm fresh fish every day and paella YUM! Also can you tell me if I should buy some Euros before I leave or Travellers Cheques. I am scared of losing money and don't want to be conned. Gosh, I must sound so green
I can't belive this time next week I will be on my way to some sun! My front room is so bleeding cold I am desperate for some warmth lolDEBT FREE AND LOVING LIFE0
