Which your payment period is 18th to 17th of each month. If you reported your health condition on 29th July, the three month waiting period takes you to 29th October. LCWRA would be payable for the next period 18th November to December payable on 24th December.
Not sure where the 29th came from?

    Information from OP was here.

I uploaded my first fit note on the 29th of July last year.
Even if the health condition was reported 7 days earlier than this it won't change when the extra money is paid from because it still would have been reported after the start of the AP.
  • You may also want to make sure you have copies of your existing UC statements because if the decision is made to award you LCWRA, they will be recalculated and overwritten.
Although I do take a copy of my statement, I didn't know that they can rewrite past ones.
    Let's Be Careful Out There

Oh I started my claim years back and had a WCA but was found fit to work. I reported my condition on the 29th of July from what I can see. And which statements would you say to copy? My latest statement?

Since then my conditions have worsened and I too have problems with mental health so was sent another UC50

As you were found fit for work the last time then the wait period will still apply.

The only way to work out how much money is owed is to recalculate past statements. The new ones then replace the old ones.

No worries, it's easily done and happens to me too.
