Thanks Keith, no idea why this didn't come up when I searched forum for N180... proof of the thickness I alluded to before.KeithP said:This thread - New Questions on the N180 Form - should help.

Just shorten the wording such that it still conveys the meaning. If you want any more help, suggest you would be better on your own thread/discussion as it can become confusing trying to answer two posters on same thread.
ETA - just seen you do actually have your own thread!2 -
Thanks for the advice. However I have tried but it becomes unreadable. My apologies for coming on this thread, thought may get advice when i saw that screenshort relating to my case. Thanks anyway again.Le_Kirk said:Just shorten the wording such that it still conveys the meaning. I just used the image from the post as my own and combined with other pages with my personal data etc. then uploaded as one.
Back to my case two question for folks:
1) Should I have heard about something by now? I have complete radio silence since sending my N180 back on 8th April (Sunday). This is from both the claimant's solicitors (who previously acknowledged receipt of defence) or the court (other than the auto response).
2) When I logged into MCOL recently i noticed that there is no record of me returning the N180. The last record is from 28/3 saying that a) Case Stay Lifted; b) DQ sent to you; c) DQ filed by claimant. Nothing about my return from 8th April. Should I be worried?
When I noticed it I made sure I re-sent the N180 yesterday (Friday 27th @ 09.16). Not sure if there was a problem originally and if I rectified it by re-sending within working hours.
Appreciate if you could offer views/reassure me.
Also, what should I expect going forward? Is it possible that everything will just go quiet and claimant simply doesn't proceed? This whole thing is moving rather slowly I have to say. I expected it to be done by now.
Thanks.0 -
Did you receive an auto acknowledgment from either e-mail? From CCBC or the claimant?1

Yup, from bothLe_Kirk said:Did you receive an auto acknowledgment from either e-mail? From CCBC or the claimant?0 -
You have nothing to worry about.
Wait patiently for the next communication from the hearing court - could be next week, could be next year.
Remember to inform both the court and the claimant if you move home within the next four years.3
