  • WHY DO EURO REJECT APPEALS ....... Simple, how else can they earn money and pay wages

Money scammers live on a knife edge

Morrisons must be your first contact to get this Euro rubbish cancelled

    That was easy.

Rang Morrisons on 0345 611 6111 - I happened to get one of the 2 people that deal with parking, he took the fine information over the phone, asked me to email over the evidence I have so they can contact ECP and get it sorted - said they'll be back in touch with me tomorrow. Can't see any reason it won't be revoked.

    Thanks for your help.
fingers crossed for you. The point is why Morrisons employ money scammers like Euro when their car parks are never full ?

Well that's a strange Morrisons car park and you were in the right apart from the slight VRN error then, good.
So what has happened I would say is: the max free stay is 2hours controlled by Euros not fit for purpose ANPR.
Your VRN entry should whitelist your car on their system for the duration paid for by a Ringo link talking to Euro.
The error in keying did not whitelist your car and the 2hour limit was tripped as no VRN match on the system.
Of course they should have cancelled it on appeal, but they are greed infested Muppets.
Hopefully Morrisons will sort this out for you as promised.
Another example of ANPR failure, I suspect Euro will cry to Morrisons for their minor keying error fee!

    Nice one. Well done.

Can you tag a link to this thread and a quick summary (which car park, town, which parking operator, and exactly who to complain to) please:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4766249/successful-complaints-about-private-parking-tickets-how-to-get-them-cancelled

I suggest you might also take 10 minutes to show your evidence in an online complaint to the BPA because ECP appear to be applying terms that do not apply at this car park, which is unprofessional sharp practice and against the Code.  And it will continue to catch consumers until stopped.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It will be the usual cover up:
"We have investigated this with the parking operator and are satisfied that this was a minor keying error by the driver and as the pcn has been cancelled there we have closed the case"

I told you they'd cancel. Well done you and well done Morrisons, maintains their status as the best supermarket in country for cancelling private parking charges and protecting their customers. 👍
