Ive just been waiting for my recon phone and just tried to sign up for the Lebara 12gb deal on here, but I already have a sim I bought in a shop which I assumed I could use , but it's not given me the option to . I went through the process, but from the e-mails it was glitchy and when I spoke to chat he said I'd been sent a sim. And he'd cancel it, but I'm just not sure if he's right and if I go through the process again I'll just get the same result. Can you speak to an agent

No, in fact I've one that's just run out of credit and another that's got no credit.
Ive just been told by Lebara today you can't use the mse offer with a shop bought sim, you have to wait for them to send you the sim.
I wish I'd realised that.....I'd have ordered the deal a while ago...I thought I was saving time
