Lebara, very confused.
Ive just been waiting for my recon phone and just tried to sign up for the Lebara 12gb deal on here, but I already have a sim I bought in a shop which I assumed I could use , but it's not given me the option to . I went through the process, but from the e-mails it was glitchy and when I spoke to chat he said I'd been sent a sim. And he'd cancel it, but I'm just not sure if he's right and if I go through the process again I'll just get the same result. Can you speak to an agent

Ive just been told by Lebara today you can't use the mse offer with a shop bought sim, you have to wait for them to send you the sim.
I wish I'd realised that.....I'd have ordered the deal a while ago...I thought I was saving time0
