ASHP / Ecodan / Melcloud - new owner

Hi everyone,
Our new Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pump was installed yesterday, and all seemed fine. Woke up this morning and looked at the report to see it seems to have turned itself off? The Melcloud app says "the unit failed to respond to the refresh" and shows a graph suggesting it isn't speaking to the system (below). Wondering if anyone has any ideas. We're away so can't physically look at any of it. Has the WiFi connection with the ecodan just been severed, or perhaps it's a power outage/fuse?

Its nigh on impossible to remotely guess what is wrong and even harder to guess when you aren't there to check it out and do a few tests.
You'll have to wait until you get home before you can do a bit of fault finding, or even resetting as its not clear whether the system has shut down or just lost connection to the internet and isn't sending data.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers1 -
Thanks @matelodave I thought that might be the case. I suspect it's merely the WiFi connection given the rapid drop of all the figures and at the way the app is behaving. Hopefully it will be straightforward to reconnect when I'm back.0

My ASHP (not an Ecodan) ran for about 24 hours and then came to a halt with an error code. It turned out to be a blocked filter and this turns out to be an event so likely that the training manual instructs installers to warn their clients about the possibility. My installer did not warn me but he did return very promptly and fixed the problem, which has never recurred.Reed1

It turned itself back on at about 3pm yesterday, then back off at the same time around 3am this morning...0

Perhaps your WiFi connection is only marginal and comes and goes?Reed1

Have you got a programmable thermostat or is the system timer set. As I said above unless you are there to see what is going on then its impossible to diagnose whether there's a problem or whether its just been incorrectly set up.
As you are losing all data then it does seem that something is losing power or that the controller isn't communicating with the server either because of a poor wifi signal (if thats how it communicates) or possibly the remote server is playing up.
Random guessing from anyone on this forum isn't going to help solve it.
