Jet2 Compensation Claim - Online Form or Letter?

Last weekend we were delayed eight and a half hours when a part needed replacing on our plane, so I am looking to make a claim. Is it better to use their online form or send a letter? I know we may well get their standard knock back initially (which I wont accept), but wondering the best way to start the process please
Thanks for your help

Online form. Most airlines won't accept/read anything else (including resolver).Keep us up dated. If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

Thanks and will do.There were three of us on the booking, so I do three claims or include everyone on the same claim? Hoping it’s the latter.Thanks0

I’ve submitted my claim using their online form today and said they aim to respond within 10-12 weeks. The Resolver website says we should escalate after 14 days. Do they legally need to respond within 14 days? Thanks for your help
