Asda Tyres Refund Issue

Morning all.
I’d like some advice please.
I purchased a set of tyres from Asda Tyres online and within 5 minutes, realised I purchased the wrong set. A silly mistake. I called them up and within 10 minutes, I had an email confirming the order was cancelled. This was two weeks ago. I saw the amount marked as pending withdrawal in my account but assumed it would remain. To my surprise, a few days later it was withdrawn. I have chased a refund and they said it I’ve called too soon even though it has been 5 days since the order. We are now two week on and I still don’t have the refund. What are my rights here? I mean imagine I’d walked into a store and they said thanks for your £700, we’ve got it now. You’ll get it back in 3 weeks! I actually need the money to buy tyres though won’t be ordering from them and suggest anyone reading doesn’t either. For the sake of £20 go elsewhere! Anything I can say to them on the phone to get them to prioritise my refund? Thanks

You rights are that you'll receive a refund in a timely manner - but no legal definition of this and there's nothing you can throw at them to speed it up (other than asking nicely)
