Hello, Having changed jobs recently and losing phone passwords I have been unsuccessful logging in as "Margatron". I received an N157 today. They have allocated it to Southampton as per my request and following guidance from other posts. I will begin gathering my documents.

Just replace his exhibits 1 - 3 and his 7 and 8 and put in your own wording and exhibits, but keeping in the standard ones he shows (4, 5 & 6).  Obviously his facts section needs changing to your own WS story in the first person.

Thank you for the pointer. I have downloaded the WS and begun editing. One question..... I am yet to receive anything from Civil Enforcement, no WS and indeed no Solicitor address or even an email. Who am I to send a copy of my WS to other than Southampton Court?

Look at your County Court Claim Form.
Is there anything in the box entitled "Address for sending documents and payments (if different)"?
If not, then use the address in the box above it.

CEL haven't used a solicitor firm we assume?  Claim form signed in-house by Wonga man Scott (search the forum!).

Just find emails for CEL by searching this forum.

No there is nothing, I searched the forum when sending back the N180 and sent it to every email address I could find for CEL. The postal address I could find also posted the letters back to me. They seemingly don't want to receive such post/emails. Strange......

Well well well. Look what arrived in the post this morning. A massive thank you to the members of the forum who have helped along the way. The question now though, is how can I take this further, as clearly, anyone who has received a ticket and paid it after the date of the signage being removed has been unlawfully charged.

The photographic evidence submitted by the parking firm to POPLA was incorrect/false. I believe it to be accurate when prior to our stay in the car park, however, the signage was removed...

...and I obtained photographic evidence and written confirmation from the Council, showing the original car park signage had been removed, by the council due to being 'unsightly' after a petition raised by the local Preservation/Conservation Society.

Some ideas re using your evidence:

- Complain first to CEL using their complaints policy.  You have to do that first before going to the BPA.

- then complain to the BPA (if you want, I can do this for you as I have a direct email to Gemma at the AOS conformity team but you have to exhaust the CEL complaint first).

- contact a local journalist with your evidence;

- report this to Trading Standards;

- report this to your own local MP and the one responsible for the constituency the car park is in;

- report this to the Councillors by name, who made CEL remove the unsightly signs;

- show us that evidence / news article please and state the date you think the signs were removed and the postcode to ID the car park, so we can help others who come here;

- send your evidence to the DVLA complaints email and don't take their Business as Usual fob-off template reply for an answer.  Rattle cages and INSIST on escalating the complaint at the DVLA to sanction CEL;

 - please use your evidence to answer a question in the DLUHC's Call for Evidence which is open until the first week of October - you want the Government to see your evidence of rogue practice by a large BPA member:
