As @Coupon-mad writes, do not try to use the MCOL defence box to file your defence, send it as an e-mail as per the instructions in the template defence thread.Margatron said:

I had read that the response needs to be emailed.
I received an acknowledgement almost immediately via email and yesterday received a letter from County Court BC acknowledging my defence and a copy being sent to the claimant.

Is there a date for the hearing or is it just to say that a date will follow? Have you received a DQ (N180) and did you complete it and return it to CCBC?2
