They seem a bit slower than normal paying out. I requested a payout on Saturday. I knew I wouldn't get it until Monday, but I usually get it within a couple of hours. Nothing yet.
Same with me, requested Sat but nothing yet.
Can I ask when yours eventually got paid? I’m still waiting after a few days too

From my long experience if a payment is delayed

It’s more likely to be pilot error (I have been in that position too)

Apply again making sure you have filled in your bank details correctly

What did you do if it is entered incorrectly? Seems like others have had theirs delayed too so hoping it’s their issue

    'Temporarily' out of action now
I noticed that so maybe it’s just taking longer?
  • Redeemed mine Friday, paid first thing Monday.

    Must have been lucky.

I had emails this morning advising that all my banking connections were due to expire. I was able to re-authorise all 10, phew! 4 different banks, all worked like a dream and it took just a couple of minutes in total

Ditto. Took me a few minutes longer as I don't have apps for all my connected accounts and the QR code does make it a lot easier but well done YouGov

I should have said, I did it on my iPhone, where I do have all the banking apps, operated by FaceID. This made it very quick and easy.

Could reconnect every time my 3 Lloyds accounts but can they not just get a fu..... system in place that hold a connection for 90 days? That's just Lloyds over the last few days for me, same happening to other accounts and not just for me but also for the OH.

Really preferred the old system as it gave points straight away, gave more points and it was reliable.
