Fax to email Number - 0845?

Could anyone point me to this thread (if there was one), please.
I am looking to dump my BT fax line but need a replacement number that will send the faxes to an email address. I would rather not direct people to a very expensive Personal Number service.

You could try http://fax.tiscali.co.uk/ works well for me but is an 0871 number. Plus side of this is that you are less likely to get junk faxes !

Thanks for that. There are a lot out there & the junk stuff is a real pain.

https://www.efax.com gives you a free 0870 number, which I have used and is great. They will try and get you to sign up to their premium service though which gives you a geographical numer (like 0161) but it costs quite a lot of money.
