Ford Money Transfer Out

I am transferring out an ISA from Ford Money to YSBS. On the YSBs ISA transfer in form (on line) they ask for
sort code,
account no,
roll or account ref.

Do I use for the account no.  the actual Ford Money Bank Account number, then use the ISA account number plus first three initials of surname as the roll or account ref.

Yes, that sounds right.  When I transferred mine out, Ford Money or FCE Bank were not shown as options and so I was told to select Barclays Bank.

I would say that is correct as well. I transferred out my ISA from Ford Money to Virgin Money last week as Ford have not increased they Easy Cash ISA rates since October (I think). However FCE Bank plc was one of the options on the online Virgin transfer form, so I only had to include my roll number (the one that includes the first three letters of your surname).
The account number and sort code will be the same for all Ford Money customers (as their bank clearing is processed by Barclays) with only the roll number being unique.

Well that was quick and painless by Ford Money & YBS.
Still waiting for my ISA transfer from Tesco which had a head start. YBS confirmed they had sent the transfer request, but silence from Tesco at the moment, but only day 4.

All sorted both Tesco & Ford now transferred, wife also had a call from YBS local branch this morning giving their contact details and don't hesitate to get in touch if any queries etc.
