    Hahaha.

Continuing on the vacancies theme, is previous experience needed?...

    Necessary but not essential??
...is that a 'yes' or 'no', Mr Omar Ghanchi?

    Another requirement...

Conflict? How can there be conflict?
The applicant will be working alone...

He would have fitted right in with Captain Clampit and 'awd Trev' Whitehouse.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You wrote that only one of four cars was issued with a PCN; did you pay for a ticket, was there even a PDT?  Were you in possession of a permit allowing you to park there?
  • I shall be following this thread with interest.

I (very stupidly) made contact with ZZPS after I received a stack of letters through the door from them claiming that I had incorrectly parked on private land.

I provided evidence to support my claim to which I received a one line email stating 'we note you have failed to provide supporting evidence'.
I emailed them back asking to reread my email and open the attachments submitted to which the second reply I received was simply 'We are no longer dealing with this matter and it has been passed to QDR solicitors'...

Its taken them around 4 months for ZZPS to provide 2 replies to me so I don't know what grounds they actually have to taken the matter to QDR however we shall see...
  • As said, ignore this rubbish. QDR would need to prove a case in court or face a spanking, the latter would be expected.

AND ZZPS ??? THE GREAT OSNER SCAM who are the biggest joke of the parking industry .. timewasting at it's best
If you get an LBA do come back
  • 1 year and 5 months on, I've received about 12 letters mainly from DCBL but the one I received today was from Dcblegal.

No letter of claim yet but I assume if they are still sending letters almost 1½ years on they will eventually send one.

If this does eventually go to court, would I have to pay additional fees to the 170 pound fine as they state in all their letters?
  • If  DCBLegal took it to a court hearing they can claim a solicitors fee of £50 max,  a hearing fee which I think is £35 and small amount of interest. Typically a total about £260. However with the help of this forum you will pay £0. DCBL are likely to discontinue before then but you need to keep playing the game. In fact if the court found in your favour you can ask for £95 plus expenses
