    The other question was  - what is your actual annual consumption ?  Read your meters today and look back at your bills from 12 months ago and find some ACTUAL not ESTIMATED readings


    PS You say you are in credit with your bills .  Are you aware that with EDF's 6 monthly cycle then the statements on line or on the App can be misleading ?   The credit is the credit/debit from the last statement plus the DD's received. It does not include the cost of energy !
