A really quiet weekend was had. But I need to start doing some sort of planning for the small two, far to much sitting around at home right now.
Tooth much improved, but still on the antibiotics for now. Really worried that it will continue to be a drama until my March appointment. Oh well, not a lot I can do right now.
I was back to work properly today, that's it no time off again until half term when I might take one day off.
Booked our summer holiday. Going to Norfolk for a week in August. Hoping for some nice weather. It's a flat right on the seafront, so the smallest can go to the beach every day. It's his real happy place. We didn't fancy Cornwall again, and in laws live over near King's Lynn so hopefully they can meet us for the day. We have never done the East coast, so should be lots of things to see and do for us. I had some money already set aside for the holiday and we have two council tax free months so that will clear the cost of the accommodation. And then time to save up, which is built into our budget anyway.
May try and book a weekend away somewhere as well. Will have a think about where we might like to go.Debt free Feb 2021 🎉1 -
I've been listening to a bird watcher / author who keeps talking about sites over in Norfolk - makes me want to go.
Good to have a plan of things to look forward to.
Glad you have antibiotics but hope things improve soon.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Ended up back at the dentist three since I last posted 🤦 had another dose of antibiotics, infection still not cleared, agony, just feeling rotten. Booked root canal appointment for April.
Yesterday a third dentist looked at the tooth and the x-ray. Again, no decay that is obvious, tooth looks good so will try to save it. But due to the pain will open it up and clear out the nerves, dress it and temporary roll it ready for the April root canal.
Went in. She opened it up and was, wow the inside of this tooth is mush 😂 the X ray showed none of it, and the top of the tooth was still perfect, God knows where the decay started.
Anyway, she decided not to go right down to the roots, so it is temporary filled and I will still have the root canal in April if it lasts that long. 🤞it's definitely less painful tonight, but still not right.
So, am hoping I will start to feel better soon. I have spent so much on pain killers in the past three weeks!
Otherwise just getting back into the swing of work and school here.
Had fun at my craft night last week. Was chatting to one of the women and saying how I haven't had coffee since Xmas, and was missing a hot drink. I hate tea, haven't drunk it since I was about 10, and i don't want a hot every day. She said she likes the Whittards instant teas which don't taste like tea at all. I was in London at the Weekend and popped into the Whittards shop in Covent Garden and they had some to try. It was lush, so I got a lot and am enjoying a caffeine free (or low caffeine!) Every morning again.
I was in London to see SIX with the smallest. His first time, my sixth 😂 still just as good, the smallest adored it.
Anyway nothing else to report right now, will see how my tooth does over the coming week.Debt free Feb 2021 🎉1 -

It's out. There was a crack down the side which couldn't be seen as it was the bit sitting behind the tooth in front. So even a root filling wouldn't have cured it! The pain has already magically gone. I know there will be some from bruising and the injection sites, but I feel so much better. Hoping it doesn't get infected.
But a whole day's pay lost 😭
