We were recently awarded pension credit and was told the computer works out all new claims at the end of the month  and would pay out early January. Still waiting!!
Unless you claimed before 25th September you won't qualify for those already paid.

Looks like you can still report missing payments here Report a missing Cost of Living Payment - GOV.UK (dwp.gov.uk)
Unless you claimed before 25th September isn’t correct. The award needs to have started then but the claim would have been made up to three months later because a claim can be backdated by three months.

It looks as if claimants now have to contact the relevant benefit helpline - which doesn’t fill one with confidence as the CoL payments were, to the best of my knowledge, dealt with separately. Pension Credit department itself is still beset by delays.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
  • Still can't get through to them on the phone to report missing payment ??  :s

I'm also missing mine and Ive been phoning the correct number, pressed one to get through and it instantly cut me off. Not sure what to do now, other lines just tell you about this year's cost of living, not the missing payment from last year. 🙁
    £1 a day 2025: £90.00/365 Xmas fund
  • If you call 0800 731 0469 and keep
pressing the option for something else you get through and the person at the end helped me with mums claim
  • and the waiting game goes on - No payment, no communication from DWP. Very poor - why do the elderly get so neglected in the UK ???
  • Don't give up hope if you've been waiting for payment after new pension credit award - they've finally paid the November £324 today !!  B)
