Junior ISA transfer

Has anyone been successful in finding a JISA provider willing to accept a transfer where the beneficiary is now living abroad with her parents? Government guidance says it can be done but providers not willing to accept a transfer. Current provider has locked the account which is a stock/share account and converted it to cash. Value is decreasing. Grossly unfair. Thanks.

This has been discussed before. I don't think that Triodos offer a JISA now.
I wonder (depending on where you now reside) would Hargreaves Lansdown be prepared to help?
