You have a 32kW heat-only boiler? Where did you say your castle was located?

But, yes, £3k in your case was not 'unreasonable', but still a nice earner.

Fair do's - GM4L will also have a new condensate run, flue changes and stuff too.

Can be a bit chilly at times up here in the frozen north!  We like to be warm at our age, and to have a fast warm up time. The castle is a total of 280 sq m over 2 floors, with some high ceilings and quite a lot of glass on the front elevation.
