Pasta recipe looks good. I like to find something different to do with pasta.

I am inspired by your varied, healthy recipes using online sources. Proof, if proof were needed that I can keep reducing my cookery book collection!

Oh I have loads of cookery books and I prefer them to online sources to be honest. The recipes I linked are cut out from the Mr T magazine but I put in links in case anyone wanted to try the recipe. I also have several folders of recipes cut from magazines. The Good Food app is good for £24.99 as you can save recipes to your own collection. There are also I believe several apps where you can create your own online cookbook from recipes found online. It's worth signing up to the Veg Space as she sends you a weekly email with recipe suggestions and there are loads of recipes and meal plans on her website. There is so much out there it can be a bit overwhelming.

Just catching up on your diary.

Hope Mr SA's tests come back and he can get some sort of answers about his tummy upsets. At least you will both know what he needs to avoid to keep them at bay that way.

    And get that holiday booked.

Glad he is getting tested and it's relatively soon.
DS1's partner is Coeliac and it took quite a lot of getting used to and she's really vigilant. After about two years I think she has finally found her rhythm with it all. Coeliac UK are a great resource as is Becky Excell's website. She still mourns decent bread, pasta and being able to impulsively go out without researching restaurants and taking emergency snacks but she is so much better.

I'm expecting beer might be an issue if he turns out to have the condition  :(
Beer and bread are both favourites of his unfortunately, although there are gluten free versions.  The advice on the Coeliac UK website had a list of symptoms saying speak to your GP if you can tick more than one box. I could tick 4 for him: fatigue, diarrhoea, body rash and mouth sores. There also seems to be some connection with the immune system and he's had cancer of his...

It's well worth Mr SA getting the test by the sounds of things. Even if it's negative, it means you can rule that out & consider other possibilities.

Mr SA is so lucky to have you to advocate for him. I hope he gets sorted out.
