Yep that's what we do - robust reassurance and handing you the knowledge to feel empowered.

This is exactly it.  Nailed the truth:

"...this is a different ball game and remember its a private 'SCAM' and pointless caring what the ticket gets too. I just need to keep telling myself that!"

It is because we are so robust (and some might say pushy...Hell hath no fury like a middle aged woman scorned, after all...) that got the Government listening to us.

And they ARE listening to this woman.

The law is only changing the way it is, thanks to people like us.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

First task to help make a difference is (please) join us - with you and your driving family - to respond to the final public consultation.

It's about lowering the level of parking charges and banning the false +£70 'admin fee' and it is promised by the Government very soon.  They are committed to getting the statutory (and robust) Code of Practice into law, at last.

Please come back here when it opens, and you can make sure you don't miss the Consultation:

Thank you CM. Reassuring to know there's always a grace period.

Update, Found possible Landowners, they are not answering.

    Advice please..

Landowners sold their land to the Council 3 months ago! Yet I got a private ticket from Euro Parking Services and appealed using their process...

If I've been issue a PCN from a private company this shouldn't change anything right?

Failing to get store manager on board to help cancel ticket. Next step was to appeal to Landowners of private carpark.

Found out its been sold to the Council 3 months ago.

Because PCN was issued from a private company do you think the council would now be involved when deciding further action?
