I too seem to work for a company that hasn't provided a pay rise in over 5 years and in fact moved the goal posts quite significantly in January this year that when you start crunching numbers it is in fact a pay cut, notwithstanding the mention of inflation at 10.4% so not great at all but hey I guess at the moment I should be grateful to have a job at all??!!If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
