When I first got His Cattiness he was walking along the back fence and fell off onto the other side into a big clump of nettles and brambles. Cue much anguished wailing. It's all fields that lead up onto the tops so no way of getting round. Luckily the plank trick worked in this case -although he's never left the garden since.
