11/29 for me, declaring early because I've a busy day and plans for this evening that won't/don't include booze.
That chart and the discussion make interesting reading, I think cutting back and/or stopping can only be beneficial on your health, waistline and pocket. All round a win win for sure which then impacts on self confidence and self awareness. Easier said than done though 😕5 -
Used another life up last night and shared a bottle of red with dad (although he did open another) still pleased that I don't feel the need to drink a full bottle to myself.
