I've had a rocky few days, but just had an AF weekend so getting back on track.

13/18 please, got on the scales this morning, expecting the worst after eating chocolate cake and getting fairly sloshed Friday but lost a lb. How does that work?

18/24 please cathybird..Going to be a tight month,since we have no less than 3 birthdays between 21st and 28th.lots of gatherings.. So I need 6 AF days out of the nine days left in the month.

I'll try to keep in mind I want to shake those pom-poms,and wave that ridiculous huge hand. Weird but charming that frivolous little icons can help to keep one on the straight and narrow.
