Hello everyone. Hope I can join you for the rest of the month.

I've been going through a bit of a stressful time with my elderly parents recently and have taken to dealing with that stress by having a drink. I haven't had an alcohol free day for over 3 weeks and I'm definitely feeling the effects on my own health. I'm going to try the rest of Feb alcohol free and find some healthier ways to de-stress. 

Fingers crossed for a target of 16 days.
