Finished on 20/23 which seems so much better than the 19/23 it was.  One seemed so far about the other nearly there.

Have kept December's target low and am reframing. I can drink for 21 days - and that seems soooo many I know I can do December.   Thank you all for being here.

1/18 please :-) Happy December everyone

1 for me please and 7 CD. Unheard of and I’m feeling really good for it.   The Tanqueray 0% gin is seeing me through. 1 a night as I cook dinner is becoming a new habit I look forward too. 

Had family round to put up Xmas decs today. Beer and baileys was flowing but I didn’t even think about it as I was driving in the afternoon. This evening I took the Baileys out of the fridge and had a sniff, then put it in the back of the cupboard out of sight. Too tempting seeing it every time I open the fridge. Baileys is ok un refrigerated right?  

Welcome back ManPants. I remember you from the early days. Glad you’ve turned things around  A lot of brave hard work.
