Thanks for thinking of that @satchmo1 but it is OK as I don’t have my notifications for that on - my phone and tablet don’t make any noises for anything as it too risky if anyone sends me a message.

I really appreciate the support I have received from you all - with the advice I have been given from @watty1 (who has been a star 🌟) I am discovering there is more help out there than I thought.

No more AF days to report but I am hoping to get back on the wagon from Monday.

Domestic abuse happens to many of us.  I love the quote I once read along the lines if you are looking for the bruises you have missed 90% of the abuse and I think many of us do not know where to turn for help so always happy to signpost ideas and make suggestions.   Glad Sukeyboo is finding some local support and help.

12/23 for me.  Really pleased, and I want to add that the one day I did drink it was only one (very large) glass of wine as opposed to a bottle.   My mental health is really improving with this lack of alcohol too.

12/23 but drumroll last night a bottle was opened, I drunk one glass and my boyfriend drunk a glass or 2 and the rest is in fridge. He can finish that this evening   (BTW for those wondering the boyfriend is a very nice man who I met after leaving the ex)
